Hi, I'm Isabela


I’m Isabela, a Brazil-born and internationally-trained Yoga teacher now rooted in London with over a decade of personal practice.
My dream is to share Yoga with as many people as I can. Yoga appeared in my life as a transformation. It helped with my anxiety and stress, improved my sleep, and gained flexibility and strength. When I realised I was already in love!
This passion made me want to learn even more, so I went to India, where I stayed for over a year in total.
I graduated as a Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga teacher, and specialised in meditation, Breathwork, Pre and Post Natal Yoga, philosophy, Tantra, Sound healing, and Reiki, totalling over 700 hours of certification.

My approach is deeply personal: I guide clients through Yoga and breathing techniques designed to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, enhance strength, and cultivate inner calm.
Whether working with beginners, seasoned practitioners, or professionals in high-pressure environments, I create sessions—corporate, group, and private—that empower by nurturing awareness and presence.

I specialise in delivering workplace wellness classes that help teams develop focus, stress resilience, and productivity through mindful movement and breath. I also offer cycle-aware practices for women, supporting holistic balance and hormonal health.
My goal is to help each person to discover within themselves the tools to take care of their body and mind.
